Kao Brands Across the Globe
AUSTRALIA — Kao Brands Australia Pty. Ltd commenced full scale operations on May 1, 2005. However, John Frieda® products have been marketed in Australia since the mid 1990's. Building on the success of the Frizz-Ease®, Sheer Blonde® and Beach Blonde ranges, the Brilliant Brunette® line hit the shelves in May of 2004 to much success, and John Frieda® continues to bring exciting, innovative products to this market. In October 2006, Bioré® facial cleansers were launched by Kao Brands Australia Pty. Ltd, to build upon the Bioré® Pore Strip foundation that had been introduced years before by Kao (Australia) Marketing Pty. Ltd.
