NETHERLANDS — Kao Brands Benelux enjoys a leading position in the Dutch and Belgium hair cosmetics markets, which has consistently evolved over the past 20 years. With the highest quality natural essences, and products customized to individual hair types, Guhl® products are available in all major hair cosmetics segments: shampoo, rinses, treatments, coloring and styling.
Building on this success, Kao Brands launched the premium John Frieda® hair care brands Sheer Blonde® and Frizz-Ease® in the Netherlands in 2003. Brilliant Brunette® hair care was introduced in 2005, in 2008 the Luxurious Volume range has been launched. In 2007, the John Frieda® brand was also successfully launched in the Belgium market.
